CITY OF DUNEDIN TEMPORAY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES RFP 23-1219
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES

The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (the “Contractor”) to provide all personnel, materials and services required to supply the City with “Temporary Employment Services.” Proposals will be received until the time and date noted below at the Purchasing Office, in the Dunedin Community Center - Elliot Room, 1920 Pinehurst Road, Dunedin, Florida 34698. Proposals will be publicly opened at that time. Any individual requiring assistance under the provisions of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) should submit their requirements in writing to the Purchasing Section 48 hours in advance so that accommodations can be made.

The intent of this request is to contract with a qualified firm(s) which can provide temporary employment services to various City Departments. Services shall be provided in compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations. Services shall be provided on an as needed basis.

Proposals shall be based on the attached Scope of Work. The RFP may be picked up at the address below. You may also email your request to [email protected] or you may download the RFP from www.demandstar.com.

Sealed Proposals: Responses to this Request for Proposal (please submit one unbound original, five (5) copies and one disc/usb copy) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as:

Proposals are due no later than the date and time noted above. Any proposal received after that date and time will not be accepted. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days, from the opening date, without the consent of the City of Dunedin, Florida.
