NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018 NAD Order resetting Sale entered on December 5, 2022, issued by the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pinellas, Florida, in Case No. 17-005905-CI, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUNGALOW SERIES IV TRUST, as Assignee of the Plaintiff, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), is the Plaintiff, and BRUCE A. MILLS A/K/A BRUCE MILLS, BRUCE M. MILLS A/K/A BRUCE MILLS, LEISURE CONSTRUCTION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and VIRGINIA K. MILLS are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, PINELLAS CLERK OF COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on FEBRUARY 23, 2023, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
