NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in 2020-CA-003279-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES MO 2006-HE6, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES MO 2006-HE6 is the Plaintiff and CURT N. BRANFORD; JANELLE D. WILSON-BRANFORD; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CITIBANK, N.A. F/K/A CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; SOUTHMEADOW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 11, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
