NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2019-CA-003168-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALIDA SPEARS A/K/A ALIDA L. SPEARS F/K/A ALIDA L. BROUILLETTE; GE FINANCE-PRE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13th day of March, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM A POINT 30 FEET NORTH AND 270.86 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 33 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE NORTH 460.90 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY 121.16 FEET TO A POINT 480.42 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4; THENCE SOUTH 250.42 FEET; THENCE EAST 120.15 FEET; THENCE NORTH 260.90 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. (LESS STATE ROAD RIGHT OF WAY)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
