NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2022, and entered in 2022-CC-005082 of the County Court of the TWELTFH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Whitburn, LLC is the Plaintiff and HOA PROBLEM SOLUTIONS 5, INC. as Trustee of the 11409 Parkside Place Land Trust, is the Defendant. Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00AM, on January 12, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, BLOCK “A-1”, Unit 1, Summerfield Village Subphase A, a Subdivision as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 108-21, Inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
More commonly known as: 11409 Parkside Place, Bradenton, FL. 34202 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
