NOTICE of Sale is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment as to Count III entered in the above noted case that the following properties will be sold in Manatee County, Florida by the Manatee County Clerk of Court, described as:
Week No. 36, in Condominium Parcel No. 122, WHITE SANDS OF LONGBOAT KEY CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 986, Page(s) 3300, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 10, Page 194, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of January, 2023. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be by ACH, wire transfer, cash, cashier's check, or money order payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED
