NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 1, 2022, in Case No. 2022 CC 5288, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on January 31, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 2, Water Oak, Unit No. One, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 36, Page(s) 136 through 142, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
