NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2020CA000015AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For VRMTG Asset Trust, Plaintiff and Paul James Fitzpatrick a/k/a Paul J. Fitzpatrick a/k/a Paul Fitzpatrick are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 17, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
