YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you io quiet title on real property, lying and being and situated in Pasco County, Florida, which is more particularly described as follows:
LOT 41, HUDSON TERRACE, FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 60, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any upon Plaintiff's Attorney, Robert C. Burnette, Esquire, 5710 Gall Boulevard, Ste. C., Zephyrhills, FL 33542 within 30 days after the first publication of this notice 1-17-23 and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately therafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
