YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
UNIT 60, PHASE IV, TWO CAPRI VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGES 77-86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TWO CAPRI VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R.
