NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on December 8, 2022, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any duly authorized deputy, will sell the property situated in
Collier County, Florida, described as:
The West 75 feet of the East 150 feet of Tract 59, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 73, according to the plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 9, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on January 12, 2023, in the lobby of the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
