NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of December 2022, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000555, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and BRIAN J. ALDERMAN A/K/A BRIAN ALDERMAN LAKE JUNE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ELIZABETH R. ALDERMAN N/K/A ELIZABETH WARD JENNIFER ALDERMAN; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court
