NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-011253 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Daryl M. Lowe, Sr., Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 28, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 50, BLOCK 5, BELMONT PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, PAGES 62 THROUGH 83, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
