NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2022, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-006759 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-E, IS Plaintiff and ERIC G. ATTERBERRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC G. ATTERBERRY; MAGGIE L. ROBINSON A/K/A MAGGIE ROBINSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAGGIE L. ROBINSON A/K/A MAGGIE ROBINSON, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court
will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of February, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, WOODFIELD HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7101 Cumberland Place, Tampa, Florida 33617
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
