NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure signed on December 13, 2022 in Civil Case Number 22-CA-007282 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XI TRUST is the Plaintiff and PS TAMPA 13, LP; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendants, Cindy Stuart, the Clerk of the Court & Comptroller for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. ET on January 17, 2023 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Hillsborough County, Florida, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THE FINAL JUDGMENT.
