Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 7 day of December, 2022, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FOREST VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and JUSTIN MATTHEW LAKES and THE UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION now known as NOLAN BARNES are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on January 6, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 103, BUILDING 1, FOREST VILLAGE PHASE 1, a Condominium, all as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto and forming a part thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 1613, Page 24, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
