Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 7 day of December, 2022, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLINGTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and LINDA DION, and LEE COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on January 6, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot(s) 114, WELLINGTON SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 62, Page(s) 56 through 58, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale; if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
