NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of October, 2022, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002172, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida,, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and HOWARD L. LELAND, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN THE ESTATE OF RALPH P. RICHARD, TAMARA L. MOORE, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ASTRID URREGO, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MARIANO ACOSTA RODRIGUEZ are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 12th day of January, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
