NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2022, in the Twentieth Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WBL SPO I, LLC is the Plaintiff, and granted against the Defendants, FRANCIS M. REYNOLDS, STEAMBOAT BEND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., THE LANDINGS YACHT, GOLF AND TENNIS CLUB, INC., CLERK OF THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF MASSACHUSETTS, and AMERICAN EXPRESS NATIONAL BANK F/K/A AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK, in Case No. 2020-CA-000218, the Clerk of this Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will at 11:00 a.m. on the 6th day of January 2023, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the real property situate and being in Lee County, Florida more particularly described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN land situated in Lee County, Florida, et-wit:
Condominium Unit SBG1102, STEAMBOAT BEND CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1388 Page 1990 through 2066, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto.
Commonly known as: 4250 Steamboat Bend Unit 102, Fort Myers, FL 33919
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days from the date of the sale.
