NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the parcel of real property described below, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 7th day of December, 2022, in Civil Case No. 21-CA-1832 of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida (the “Final Judgment”), to the highest bidder for cash on the 11th day of January, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., via online electronic sale at https://www.lee. realforeclose.com:
Lots 107 and 108, Block 1535, Unit 17, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 23 through 38, inclusive, of the Public Record of Lee County, Florida
THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
