NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2022, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-001788 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-5 , is the Plaintiff and Kathleen I. Costadura a/k/a Kathleen Costadura, Pinellas County, Florida, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 4, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 16, ORANGEPOINTE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE(S) 86 AND 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
