NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 103, SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 11, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 3778, page(s) 40 through 140, inclusive, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, page(s) 33 through 37, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida With the following street address: 2630 Pearce Drive, Clearwater, FL 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 26, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
