NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 8, 2022, in this case in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the real property described as:
Lot 5, 6, and 7, and the W 1/2 of Lot 4, Kossuthville Florida Townsite and Farm Unit No.1, according to map or plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 50, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.

Lot 8, 9, 10, and 11, Kossuthville Florida Townsite and Farm Unit No 1, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 50, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
