NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of December, 2022 and entered in CASE NO.: 2021 CC 005694, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Settlers Creek of Central Florida Homeowners' Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Wade C. Irish, Joy C. Irish, CACH, LLC and ABS Loan Trust VI are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on the 19th day of January, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 16 of SETTLERS CREEK NORTH, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 134, Pages 16 and 17, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
