NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2022-CC-002276 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WESTBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM HANCOCK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM HANCOCK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
