NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2019, and entered in 2016-CA-011267-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL FUNDING MORTGAGE SECURITIES I, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SA2 is the Plaintiff and LYDIA H CRAYTON A/K/A LYDIA CRAYTON; ANDRAE CRAYTON; WINDERMERE CHASE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 18, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
