Let it be known to every one in the United States of America and the Whole World that Manatee County, Florida State resident Sean Stringer was bestowed the Title of Protected Persons - IHL on this 6th day of October, 2022; the day of our Lord.
Sean Stringer was Knighted and Ordained as a Humanitarian Aid Worker in the Holy Catholic Church of the East Brazil and the Sacred Medical Order St. John Nevis/St. Christopher, Puerto Rico, Curaçao, and Ecuador:
