NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 18th day of November 2022, in Case No. 19-CA-001756, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-64CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-64CB is the Plaintiff and RUTH MAYERS; ERIC MAYERS; GEORGE WEBER AS TRUSTEE AND NOT PERSONALLY OF LAND TRUST; RHC MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall
sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of January 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
