NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure signed on December 7, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2022-002483 CA 01 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JACQUELINE GIFFORD, TIMOTHY GIFFORD, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TRESURY, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY, TRADING AS TIDEWATER CREDIT SERVICES AND TIDEWATER MOTOR CREDIT A/S/O ROOMS TO GO, MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT, INC. and ARROW FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC, ASSIGNEE OF GE MONEY BANK., are the Defendants, Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 11th day of January, 2023, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
