Power Stroke Performance Specialties, LLC gives notice & intent to sell for non-payment of labor, service & storage fees the following vehicle on 1/10/2023 at 8:30 AM at 5660 Division Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33905. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicle w/out judicial proceedings as pursu- ant to FL Statute 559.917. The lien claimed by the lienor is subject to en- forcement pursuant to section 713.585 FL Statutes. These vehicle may be sold to satisfy the lien. Any proceeds recov- ered from sale over the amount of lien will be deposited w/ Clerk of the Court for disposition upon court order.
