Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 12, 2022, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 65, LESS THE NORTH 5 FEET OF LOT 65, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CAMPBELL ACRES SUBDIVISION UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 90.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on January 4, 2023 beginning at 09:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
