You will please take notice that the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners at
its regular meeting of December 13, 2022, in the County Commission Assembly Room,
Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756,
adopted a resolution vacating the following legally described property as petitioned by
Holt Corner, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company.

A PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY KNOWN AS INDIANA AVENUE,
LYING ADJACENT TO THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOTS 6
AND 7 (1004 INDIANA AVE), TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, P.B. H-1,
PG. 1, LYING WITHIN SECTION 2-28-15, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
