NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on December 13, 2022, in Case No. 22-001087-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FIRST FLORIDA MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLLP is the Plaintiff and WATERIN TROUGH, LLC, ACCLAIMED ENTERPRISES, INC., WATERIN TROUGH LAND TRUST UTD 08/27/2021, DANIEL D DRISCOLL JR. AS TRUSTEE, and CITY OF PINELLAS PARK, FLORIDA are the Defendants, Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on January 31, 2023, bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Judgment and Order, per Administrative Order No. 2019-004 PA/PI-CIR, to wit:
