NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2022, and entered in Case No. 52-2022-CA-002574 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo USA Holdings, Inc. , is the Plaintiff and Esther Lea Mishler aka Esther L. Mishler, , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 12, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
