NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2022 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2021-CA-005845 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and JOAN A. JANES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOAN A. JANES, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPEMENT are the Defendants, that KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 757, BUILDING 12, THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14822, PAGE 374, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Property Address: 757 Haven Place, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on January 18, 2023. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROEPRTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
