NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In-Rem dated December 15, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 22-001724-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2021-GS2, Plaintiff, and EUGENIE FORET A/K/A EUGENIE G. FORET; WILMINGTON TRUST, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST SERIES 2006-SL2; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of February, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, VILLA PARK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
