NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Proposed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2022 and the Court's Order Resetting Sale dated November 30, 2022 in the above-styled cause, the Pinellas County Clerk of court will sale for cash to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellasrealforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 18, 2023, the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
