Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 20, 2022, in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 51, of Oasis Mobile Park, A Cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2”, (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as (if recorded) recorded in Official Records Book 8941, pages 2076 through 2133 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, which includes only the mobile home.
The sale does not include the membership certificate or a right to the exclusive use and possession of Lot 51.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 12, 2023, beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
