NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 7th of December 2022, in Case No. 22-001130-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC11 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC11, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, BRIAN K. DESANTELL; TERRI LEE DESANTELL; ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE RESIDENTS ASSOC, INC. F/K/A ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA; PINELLAS COUNTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 25th day of January 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
