NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 27, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2022CA000504CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL P. HALL and LONGLEAF NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on January 30, 2023 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1, LONGLEAF, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 140 THROUGH 147 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
