NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE TERWIN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-1, ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES, TMTS
SERIES 2006-1 is Plaintiff and THOMAS R MATHEN, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of January, 2023 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
