NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2022 and entered in Case No. 22-CA-000774 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida where City of Bradenton, is the Plaintiff and Bradenton Front Porch Community Development Corporation, a Florida non-profit corporation, Charles C. Minnis, Frederick G. Minnis, Jr. is/are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 25, 2023 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
