DUVAL a/k/a ROOSEVELT J. DUVAL, JR., if alive, and if dead, all persons or parties claiming an interest in the property as heirs, devisees, grantees, assigns, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claiming by, through, under or against Roosevelt Duval, and all parties or persons having or claiming any right, title, or interest in and to the premises involved in this suit (hereafter collectively referred to as “ROOSEVELT J. DUVAL”),

DUVAL, JR., if alive, and if dead, all persons or parties claiming an interest in the property as heirs, devisees, grantees, assigns, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claiming by, through, under or against Roosevelt Duval, and all parties or persons having or claiming any right, title, or interest in and to the premises involved in this suit (hereafter collectively referred to as “ROOSEVELT J. DUVAL”), and ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
