NOTICE TO BIDDERS THE FRIENDS OF JOSHUA HOUSE FOUNDATION, INC FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS 1515 MICHELIN COURT, LUTZ, FL 33549
FRIENDS OF JOSHUA HOUSE FOUNDATION, INC. (FoJH) is undertaking a project and seeking a qualified Contractor to perform the following Scope of Work: Improvements located at 1515 Michelin Court, Lutz, FL 33549: Driveway, parking, and ADA improvements, sidewalk repairs/replacement and stormwater drainage.
It is FoJH intent to seek fixed-price, lump-sum bids for all work described in the plans and specifications for the purpose of selecting a contractor for civil / site work. All bid documents can be obtained by email to Andrew Pupke at a.pupke@ invisionadvisors.com; contact number (727) 560-0948.
A mandatory Pre / Bid meeting will be held in person at the project site Friday, January 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) for an overview of the project and followed by a non-mandatory site walk-thru at 11:00 a.m. (EST) will take place. A request for a second meeting shall be made by Monday,January 9, 2023, by 12:00 PM.
All questions and requests for interpretations must be submitted in writing by Friday, January 20, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. toAndrewPupke ata.pupke@ invisionadvisors.com. Addenda, if needed, will be issued by Eric Hendra at Hendra and Associates via email to all registered bidders byFriday, January 27, 2023, by 5:00 p.m.
Sealed Bids to be submitted in person to 1501 W. Cleveland Street, Suite 230, Tampa, Florida 33618 by 5:00 EST on Friday, February 17th, 2023. Bid and attachments shall be made attention to Andrew Pupke of InVision Advisors at [email protected] and submitted in sealed envelopes marked “FoJH-Bid for Improvements”. Each bid must be completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions to Bidders.Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered.
The successful Bidder will be notified of the results of the review on or before Friday, March 3rd, 2023.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS / PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTOR(S)
This project, will be federally funded, in part or whole through the Hillsborough County, Affordable Housing Services, with CDBG funds from HUD and as such, bidder must comply with Presidential Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Order 11375; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended; the Davis-Bacon Act of 1968, as amended; the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act; the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act and all other applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. All bidders must adhere to 2 CFR 200.317 - 2 CFR 200.326 and SAM.gov registration requirements per 2 CFR Part 25. The Awarded Contractor shall abide by Equal Opportunity of Employment and non-discrimination in the workplace. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any or all general bids, if it is determined to be in the public interest to do so, and if it determined that such bid does not represent the bid of a person competent to perform the work as specified or that less than three such bids were received and that the prices are not reasonable for acceptance.
