SOBUSH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARILYN A. SOBUSH; CHATEAUX WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 19, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 5046, PAGES 1510 THROUGH 1591, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT IN O.R. BOOK 5066, PAGE 1409, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
