Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 22-004336-CO, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Unit No. 602 of HARBOUR LIGHT TOWERS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4171, Page 997, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Page 1, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on January 19, 2023. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
