Notice is hereby given that the City of Ocoee, Florida, will consider a purchase offer of $3,000,000.00 for the following described real property, which is owned by the City:

A public hearing will be held at the February 15, 2022 meeting of the City Commission of the City of Ocoee beginning at 6:15 pm or soon thereafter in the City Hall Commission Chambers located at 150 North Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, FL 34761. All interested parties are invited to be heard during the public hearing portion of the meeting. City Hall is open to the public. It is recommended that anyone entering City Hall wear a protective face covering.
