YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a suit to quiet title to the following-described parcels of property in Charlotte County, Florida:
COUNT III PARCEL: Lots 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block 31, HARBOUR HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 5, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 81A through 81B, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT IV PARCEL: Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 44, Section 8, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 14, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, for a Point; then South along the West line of said Lot 44, 65 feet; thence Easterly 130 feet and parallel with the North line of said Lot 44 to a point; thence Northerly 65 feet and parallel with the West line of Lot 44, to the Northerly line of said Lot 44; thence Westerly along the North line of said Lot 44, 130 feet to the Point of Beginning, Less the Northerly 15 feet thereof for Road Right-of-Way purposes.
COUNT V PARCEL: Lot 5, LAKE EMMA SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 20, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT VI PARCEL: Lots 410 and 411, SOUTH PUNTA GORDA HEIGHTS, 1ST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat book 5, Pages 17A through 17C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TAMSEN HAYS, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross & Young, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 4th day of March, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
