Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered on SEPTEMBER 20, 2021 in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
Lot 11, Block 16, AUBURNDALE HEIGHTS, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 13, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, together with the East 1/2 of a close alley lying West of the same.
to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on 4th day of MARCH, 2022.
