NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2022 and entered in Case No. 21-CA-001892 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida where City of Bradenton, is the Plaintiff and Brady Walther, Carrie Kefalas is/are the Defendant(s).
